Hi, I’m Zachary Norman, LMHC
I provide individual therapy for teens and adults and couples therapy both in-person in St. Petersburg and through telehealth across Florida. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, personal growth, and relationship concerns.
I also specialize in sexual concerns, including paraphilias, unwanted sexual thoughts, and problematic or undesirable sexual behaviors.
My approach is eclectic, warm, affirming, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change.
